Overview:
Collaborated on the design of a customer management system for internal company use. The project focused on creating a comprehensive design system and reusable UI components for a searchable client database.

Challenge:
The company needed an intuitive internal tool that allows employees to log in and perform multi-criteria searches across a large client database. The system also had to support various user scenarios such as data editing, error handling, and modular UI behavior.

Our Solution:
We developed a consistent and scalable interface that included:

• Design System: Defined typography, spacing, sizes, colors, icons, paddings, button states, dropdowns, borders, notifications, and layouts
• Multi-search Module: Enabled filtering clients by multiple parameters and scenarios
• User Account Card Layout: Structured display of personal data with editable sections, interaction states, modal behavior, and feedback messages
• Error States & Messaging: Clearly defined visual and icon behavior for system errors
• Component Logic: Detailed rules for UI components (e.g., modals, buttons, dropdowns) to ensure consistent interactions

Outcome:
Although the project had a focused scope, the work covered every key use case and interaction. The final design system ensured high usability and visual consistency across all modules and became the foundation for a scalable internal platform.
